BrickVox uses Sarvam AI — built specifically for Indian languages — for Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Gujarati, combined with OpenAI Whisper for accented English and Arabic. When the transcript is ambiguous, BrickVox flags the specific field rather than guessing, and the confidence score appears on the DPR so your PM knows which entries to verify.
